• A 10 player round robin tournament, with players position in the draw decided by lot
• Clocks start 7:30pm
• Rate of play: 90  minutes plus 30 seconds per move from move one.  Players are required to score to the end
• ACF rated
• FIDE rated
  Note that it is an absolute requirement that all games are played and no forfeits can be given or received

  The ballot for numbers in the draw will be held on Tuesday April 16 after the completion of the BHCC annual general meeting
