Usual meeting times for the club are:

Friday evenings. 7:30pm start. Competition events run under the auspices of the Box Hill Chess Club. These events are normally ACF & FIDE rated using FIDE classic time controls.

Sunday afternoons, 3:45pm start.
Sunday ARVO competition with 60m time control. Does not run when Rookies rapid tournament is on.

Sunday afternoon coaching, 2-3:30pm

Rookies rapid tournaments
Held once a month, normally second Sunday, but check the calendar. This is a very popular event and is normally booked up well in advance. Start time is 12:30pm

Bookings via TRYBooking. Bookings normally open 2 weeks in advance.
