Rookies
The club's popular, once a month, Sunday Allegro is a 7 round event with a time control of 13 minutes plus 2 second increment. Due to it's popularity, the event is normally fully booked within hours of registrations opening.
Registrations via TRYBooking will open on the 1st of each month at 9am.

Experience has informed us that many of those on the wait list will get promoted into the field as circumstances cause many people to withdraw their entries.

Start time.
The event starts at 12:30. You should arrive 10 minutes early to confirm your attendance and ensure that you are in the draw for the first round. Late arrivals will not be paired for the first round.
Cancellations.
If you have entered and are unable to attend, please email the registrar at info.BoxHillChessClub@gmail.com by the Wednesday prior to the event with your bank account details and a bank transfer refund will be arranged. Otherwise you will forfeit your entry fee.
